Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven professional to work remotely under a flexible contract arrangement. This is a performance-based role rather than a guaranteed salary position, ideal for those who prefer autonomy and rewards based on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote Summit Mind's personal development and leadership programs via digital channels.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients interested in growth and leadership development.
- Participate weekly in webinars to enhance product understanding and confidence.
- Manage your workload efficiently, dedicating between 15 and 20 hours weekly.
- Work collaboratively with a community of professionals and trainers committed to impactful change.
Qualifications and Experience
- A visionary and growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms at a basic proficiency level.
- Self-motivated with strong independent task management skills.
- A deep interest in personal development, leadership, and continuous learning.
- Residency in New Zealand or Australia is mandatory.
