About the Role

Ark Engineering & Solutions is hiring an experienced, target-driven Sales Manager for Projects to expand and lead its B2B project sales in the building materials space. This position centers on managing major project accounts, guiding a sales team, improving revenue, and keeping project sales execution on track.

The role is best suited to someone with a strong background in field sales and the ability to lead daily sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive performance across builders, architects, contractors, and other commercial project stakeholders.

Project Sales & Business Development

  • Visit prospects in the field, including builders, commercial developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, purchase managers, and project managers.
  • Present Knock Knock Doors products and solutions through technical discussions, product walkthroughs, presentations, and relationship-based selling.
  • Assess project needs and suggest appropriate door solutions based on technical fit and commercial viability.
  • Prepare quotations, handle pricing discussions, and follow up consistently to win project orders.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with important contacts in the construction and interior ecosystem.
  • Monitor the project funnel and work toward monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Measure or oversee site measurements for estimates and execution planning.

Team Management & Sales Operations

  • Supervise the Projects Sales team and guide them toward business targets.
  • Run daily review calls and keep track of team activity.
  • Distribute leads, territories, and project ownership across the team.
  • Measure team and individual performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Coach team members on follow-ups, client handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Train and support sales executives on product knowledge, sales processes, and field execution.
  • Ensure CRM entries and reporting are updated on time and that the team follows sales discipline.
  • Work closely with production, estimation, accounts, and installation teams to ensure projects move smoothly.

Required Experience & Skills
