About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging prospective clients and generating revenue for SasteGhar.com. This role demands active lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and successful closure of sales deals, with a goal to develop competencies for advancing to a senior sales management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online portals and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to obtain referrals.
- Participate in roadshows to expand market presence and create business opportunities.
- Conduct daily meetings with at least two prospective clients to assess their needs.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and convert meetings into an average of four site visits per week.
- Achieve a minimum conversion rate of one prospect becoming a client every month.
- Maintain detailed client profiles and histories within the CRM system for effective tracking.
- Act as a liaison between clients and operations teams to ensure quality after-sales service.
- Keep investors informed of latest market trends and ongoing projects.
- Commit to continuous professional development by visiting two new projects each month and improving presentation skills.
Performance Metrics
- Weekly planning and review of sales activities and input reporting.
- Comparison of monthly plans against actual achievements.
- Weekly logged leads in the Lead Management System (LMS).
- Number of client meetings held weekly.
- Weekly completed site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in LMS/CRM.
