Role Overview
The position of Sales Executive is full-time and requires onsite presence in Doha, Qatar. The individual will focus on discovering and pursuing new sales opportunities within fire protection services, encompassing installation and maintenance contracts. Daily duties involve engaging potential clients, preparing sales proposals and quotations, conducting site inspections, and diligently following up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales.
This role demands coordination with technical and operations teams to synchronize customer needs with service capabilities, maintaining precise sales records and forecasts, and ensuring contracts are executed and renewed promptly. The Sales Executive will keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions, take part in client meetings and presentations, and contribute actively toward meeting overall sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in fire protection, safety systems, construction, or similar technical services.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
- Understanding of fundamental technical details of fire protection systems and capability to effectively communicate these to clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational abilities for pipeline management, proposal preparation, and documentation upkeep.
- Willingness to work onsite, including field visits and client interactions at various organizational levels.
- A self-driven, goal-focused professional who can operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s fire safety market and local regulatory requirements is beneficial.
- Competence with office software suites such as email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools, as well as basic CRM platforms.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute formal academic qualifications.
