Job Overview
UR Realty Solution Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking to expand its workforce by hiring 10 dedicated Real Estate Sales Executives / Property Advisors. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication abilities who are looking to benefit from a fixed monthly salary accompanied by attractive incentive earnings. Comprehensive project training and company-generated leads will be made available to ensure your success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with leads supplied by the company to assess their property purchasing requirements.
- Clearly communicate information regarding project features, pricing details, floor layouts, and available amenities to potential customers.
- Organize and facilitate site visits of projects for clients showing interest.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective buyers and support senior managers in finalizing property sales.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage future business opportunities and referrals.
