Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new leads to expand the customer base.
Engage with potential clients through calls and consistent follow-ups.
Present and explain company products and services to prospects, aiming to convert leads into confirmed sales.
Establish and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Keep detailed records of all customer communications and sales dealings.

Requirements

At least six months of experience in sales or a closely related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
Self-driven, goal-focused, and open to learning new skills.
Familiarity with basic MS Office applications and CRM software is advantageous.
