Job description
Position Overview
As a Sales Executive at Bajaj Capital, your key role will involve engaging with prospective clients through direct field visits to generate leads and promote the company's products and services. You will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining productive customer relationships, diligently following up on potential leads to successfully convert them into sales, and consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to individuals of all genders aged between 19 and 35 years.
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th grade or higher.
- Proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory for effective communication.
- Comfortable with and prepared for regular on-field work and visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Take-home stipend of ₹17,000 per month.
- Overall compensation package can reach up to ₹25,000.
- Additional incentives and conveyance allowances are provided.
