Sales Executive

Role Overview

As the initial point of contact for prospective clients, your primary duty is to engage inbound leads, assess their credit situations, and arrange consultation appointments with our credit specialist. This position emphasizes client qualification and scheduling rather than aggressive sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Make approximately 20 to 25 outbound calls daily to potential clients derived from advertising campaigns.
• Use targeted questions to evaluate each lead's credit concerns effectively.
• Book 20-minute meetings for credit consultations on the team calendar.
• Document all interactions and outcomes within Google Sheets or CRM systems.
• Conduct follow-ups with those who are unreachable or need to reschedule.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent spoken skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of a third language such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, or Bengali is advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations for 5 to 6 hours daily.
• Possess a stable internet connection and access to a smartphone or laptop.
• No prior work experience necessary; training regarding credit fundamentals will be provided.
• Open to fresh graduates and final-year students.
• Work-from-home availability during the period of July 30, 2026 to August 20, 2026, for a minimum duration of 3 months.
