About the Role
Join Base44's pioneering go-to-market team as one of the initial sales hires in the US. Base44 is an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix. In this position, you will lead advanced sales strategies by managing AI-driven agents to boost outbound prospecting efforts, while focusing your skills on strategic analysis and converting prime leads into active pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance multiple AI-powered outbound agents by refining prompts, sequences, targeting criteria, and measuring effectiveness across channels like email and LinkedIn.
- Perform daily assessments of AI campaign results to understand engagement patterns and iteratively improve approaches.
- Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas, integrating these insights to improve agent targeting and messaging accuracy.
- Personally engage with high-value accounts that require nuanced human interaction and relationship building.
- Qualify both inbound and AI-generated leads by identifying customer pain points, fit, and urgency before transitioning prospects to Account Executives.
- Create and document scalable sales playbooks, frameworks, and templates to support team growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align outreach messaging with evolving product development and customer insights.
- Maintain clean CRM data and provide reliable pipeline and activity forecasts.
Candidate Qualifications
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales Development or Business Development roles, preferably within startups or dynamic technology firms.
- A deep interest and hands-on experience with AI tools, recognizing their strengths and limitations, and enthusiasm to innovate in this space.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to enhance and tailor AI-generated content to effectively convert prospects.
- An analytical approach capable of interpreting performance metrics and translating data into actionable sales strategies.
- A self-motivated mindset comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative without extensive guidance.
- Experience or familiarity with AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or product-led SaaS solutions is highly advantageous.

The approximate base salary ranges between 65000 and 75000 USD annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses and company equity. Final compensation is influenced by the candidate's location, shift, and qualifications.
Applicants must be based in New York City and able to work onsite at the office three times per week.
