Job Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing various sales functions to ensure streamlined processes and excellent customer engagement at U - Line Multi Print.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales administration tasks including purchase order processing, overseeing delivery tracking, and preparing crucial sales materials such as brochures and pitch decks.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients by responding to inquiries, providing after-sales assistance, and managing communications about pricing and order statuses.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date lead records within CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and prepare regular performance analysis reports for management review.
- Coordinate effectively among sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to maintain smooth workflow and ensure timely product dispatch.
- Manage schedules and appointments, arranging meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications between sales personnel and potential customers, utilizing scheduling tools such as Calendly.
