Sales Consultant (Counsellor)

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Sales Consultant (Counsellor) to join our team in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow. This full-time, office-based position involves managing customer interactions, understanding prospective students’ needs, and guiding them through course options to secure successful admissions or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries and maintain follow-ups with potential students or customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend relevant courses or services accordingly.
• Provide detailed information on courses, benefits, fees, and the admission process.
• Effectively convert leads into confirmed admissions or sales through clear communication and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain consistent contact via phone calls and WhatsApp to nurture leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and admission targets.
• Keep accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Foster positive relationships with both prospective and current customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A confident and persuasive personality.
• Strong skills in sales follow-up and target achievement.
• Ability to work within deadlines and goals.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office or CRM software is a plus.
• Must own a smartphone featuring an extra SIM slot for work communications.
• Preference for candidates willing to work on-site in Lucknow.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
