Position Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's plays an essential role in delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with company standards. This role supports the Store Management Team by actively promoting sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring smooth operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service consistently following company protocols.
• Assist in sales generation through proactive customer engagement.
• Perform store upkeep including housekeeping, merchandising, signage, and pricing.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively to handle transactions.
• Implement loss prevention measures in compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements and Physical Demands

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Physical tasks include climbing ladders, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for up to eight hours per shift.
