Job Overview
As a Sales Associate at Living in Style, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service within our furniture showroom located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Your main goal will be to greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer insightful guidance on our furniture collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and actively engage them to comprehend their preferences and requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive details about our furniture products, including fabric, design, and usability features.
- Support customers in making well-informed buying choices.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and current sales offers.
- Efficiently handle sales transactions with accuracy.
- Oversee inventory levels and replenish product displays when necessary.
- Keep the showroom clean, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing to enhance customer experience.
- Aim to achieve or surpass individual sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve any issues.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges between 15000 to 40000 INR.
