Overview
This Sales Assistant position based in Portlaoise, County Laois, Ireland, focuses on prioritizing customer satisfaction by engaging with each shopper passionately, knowledgeably, and carefully. The role demands upholding Centra's brand values and providing a stellar shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Centra's core values: pride, energy, imagination, and community involvement.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and be accountable for delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with store policies.
- Ensure shelves and store areas are merchandised and presented to the highest standards.
- Adapt to and support new initiatives and operational methods.
