Position Overview
The Sales Assistant role at Centra Moate requires prioritizing customer satisfaction by engaging shoppers with genuine enthusiasm, pride, and expertise. Candidates will contribute to creating a positive shopping environment that reflects Centra's brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold Centra's core brand values—being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-oriented.
- Maintain a positive attitude and take ownership to ensure customers experience excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and in alignment with store policies.
- Stock and arrange merchandise to maintain a high presentation standard throughout the store.
- Adopt and support new operational initiatives and evolving workflows.

- Strong communication abilities to connect effectively with customers.
- Skilled at recognizing and prioritizing customer needs.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, adaptable, and flexible.
