Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Sales Administrator to join our team at the North Ryde Head Office starting August 2026. This position involves working at least two days per week with some flexibility required. Scheduled hours are Mondays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders accurately into the system.
• Manage and respond promptly to queries received through the sales administration inbox.
• Support the processing of order cancellations and modifications, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Coordinate booking of stock for delivery on specified dates.
