Job Purpose

The Selector plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, secure, and timely order fulfillment for customers and stores, while supporting all operations within the Regional Supply Chain (RSC). The role contributes actively to a positive environment focused on employee and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare orders carefully for shipment to stores.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace according to company policies.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary across various areas of the RSC.

Candidate Profile

• Partial completion of high school education.
• No prior experience required.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift weights exceeding 88 lbs; for items over 50 lbs, two-person lifts are mandatory.
• Endurance to stand and walk for prolonged durations.
• Prepared for potential exposure to varying temperature conditions.
• Alertness to surroundings, including other individuals and moving vehicles.
• Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
