Role Overview
A4Assist is growing its recruitment function and is looking for an RPO Recruiter to join the team in Udaipur. This is a night-shift, work-from-office position for someone with hands-on experience in recruitment process outsourcing and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Find and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and other hiring channels.
- Review resumes and carry out first-round interviews.
- Arrange interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to closure.
- Keep candidate data updated and accurate in the ATS/CRM.
- Develop strong talent pipelines while ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
Skills and Requirements
- Background in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search methods.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and client coordination ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with multiple open requirements.
