Rooftop Food and Beverage Service Specialist (Waiter/Waitress)

Role Overview

This role is about delivering more than just meals; it focuses on crafting a memorable dining experience that combines excellent food and beverages with attentive service. As a Guest Service Expert, you will engage proactively with guests, coordinate effectively with the kitchen team, and ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables for service.
• Communicate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff.
• Interact with guests to serve food and beverages professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout service hours.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Be prepared to be on your feet for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking across various floor surfaces that may be uneven or slippery. Tasks will involve reading and visually verifying menu information, moving and lifting items up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance, and bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Prior food and beverage experience less than 1 year is acceptable.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
