Revit Modeler

Overview

We are looking for a proficient Revit Modeler experienced in landscape and irrigation design to enhance our team. This role requires expertise in developing detailed Revit models and producing Stage 5 (Construction) and Stage 6 (As-Built) drawings for extensive landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update Revit models specifically for landscape and irrigation tasks.
• Generate precise Stage 5 and Stage 6 drawings that comply with project standards.
• Collaborate closely with design, BIM, and construction teams to ensure models reflect true site conditions and design purposes.
• Integrate all landscape components including hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems within the Revit environment.
• Identify and resolve any clashes in models to facilitate seamless multidisciplinary coordination.
• Maintain well-organized model frameworks, including shared coordinate systems and documentation protocols.
• Assist the BIM team in executing BIM project requirements and adhering to established standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience using Revit on landscape or infrastructure projects.
• Deep technical expertise in landscape architecture and irrigation design systems.
• Demonstrated ability in preparing Stage 5 and Stage 6 construction and as-built documentation.
• Experience handling large-scale and complex landscape project models.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM workflows, management of shared coordinates, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills capable of performing effectively within dynamic project environments.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software tools.
• Understanding of BIM Execution Plans and adherence to project documentation standards such as ISO 19560.
• Insight into site construction processes linked to landscape and irrigation sectors.
