About the Role

Join us as we shape the digital future of architecture! We are seeking a Revit Administrator to immediately join our BIM team at our Berlin office. We are an established architectural firm with over 60 years of experience specializing in health care and scientific research buildings. Our services range from competitions, complete planning, through to construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for approximately 50 Revit users at the Berlin location.
  • Coordinate the setup of new Revit projects alongside internal BIM project guides and planning teams.
  • Manage interfaces between internal AutoCAD administration, other CAD systems, and the IFC data format.
  • Collaborate closely with Revit administrators at other locations, central Revit content management teams, BIM management, and the BIM Lab (programming unit).
  • Set up and maintain the Autodesk Construction Cloud for project collaboration.
  • Organize and lead user Revit meetings to promote exchange and process improvement.
  • Participate actively in cross-location BIM steering group meetings contributing expertise.
  • Contribute to the advancement of digital planning processes and internal modeling guidelines.
  • Support creating documentation and tutorials for knowledge retention and sharing.
  • Train users on internal Revit tools and processes and assist them in practical application.

Candidate Profile

  • Professional proficiency with Revit software.
  • Experience administering Revit plugins, with additional knowledge in Dynamo and Python scripting advantageous for managing custom Revit extensions.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused work ethic.
  • Strong coordination skills to align all stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication skills, positive attitude, initiative, and motivation.
  • German language skills at C1 level.
  • Enthusiasm for conducting training sessions and user inductions.
