Role Overview
The Revenue Analyst will play a key role in supporting the hotel's revenue management strategy by providing detailed reporting, accurate forecasting, pricing analysis, and extensive market research. Responsibilities include analyzing booking trends, tracking market performance and competitor activity, preparing regular revenue reports, and participating in budget and forecasting activities. Collaborating closely with the Revenue team, the analyst will identify new revenue opportunities, enhance reporting and business processes, and optimize hotel performance by leveraging revenue management systems and distribution channels.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in revenue management, business analytics, or commercial strategy, ideally within the hospitality sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required alongside proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with systems such as STR, Opera PMS, specialized revenue management software, and business intelligence tools is advantageous. A solid grasp of data analysis, reporting principles, and monitoring performance metrics is essential.
