Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by engaging visitors as they enter the store, maintaining visual merchandising that aligns with brand guidelines, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.
• Exhibit thorough product knowledge and cultivate meaningful customer relationships to help meet business objectives while embodying the company’s core values.
• Uphold a professional, cooperative, and positive demeanor, assisting fellow team members in achieving shared store targets.
• Ensure excellent post-purchase service and relay customer feedback to the design team at headquarters to enhance product quality.
• Support inventory management activities such as ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
