Role Overview

We invite you to join our expanding retail team as a Retail Sales Assistant based in Ponsonby, Auckland. You will contribute to an exceptional customer journey by using your knowledge of our product range and a polished sales approach. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding and memorable experience for every customer interaction.
• Maintain store aesthetics with attention to visual merchandising and cleanliness.

• Operate the point-of-sale system to handle transactions accurately.
• Consistently exceed sales targets and achieve key performance indicators.

• Work scheduled shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.

• Previous retail experience in fashion with a keen personal style.
• Skilled in using POS systems within a retail environment.
• Strong eye for detail, particularly for styling and merchandising.
• Fluent in verbal and written communication.
• Experienced in managing large stock quantities and inventory control.
