Retail Manager

About the Role

Homesavers is seeking experienced Store Managers and Team Leaders for multiple locations across Ireland, including Dublin, Limerick, Westmeath, Carlow, Cork, Mayo, Offaly, Tipperary, Wexford, and Galway. We look for highly organized and motivated individuals who are customer-focused, possess a strong presence on the shop floor, and have a proven track record in inspiring their team and driving sales to improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly support and lead your team in all aspects of sales and customer service.
• Communicate effectively and achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Motivate your team with effective leadership and guidance.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs regularly and implement appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection guidelines.
• Encourage your team to boost sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Deliver ongoing training sessions on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Maintain excellent retail store standards and ensure high levels of customer engagement at all times.
• Oversee the store’s commercial merchandising to ensure visual appeal.
• Participate in recruitment, manage performance, and organize weekly rosters.
