Role Overview
Joining as a Retail Executive under the Retail Partner program, this position operates from home, focusing on recruitment, team development, and activating life insurance sales through direct customer engagement, including cold calling. Proficiency in Hindi is essential for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team by recruiting new members.
- Drive sales of life insurance products actively.
- Engage potential customers using cold calling techniques.
Requirements & Conditions
- Fluency in Hindi language is mandatory.
- Successful completion of the recruitment process involving an interview and an IRDAI exam is required.
- The IRDAI exam is conducted at NSEIT LIMITED exam centers.
