About the Role

As a Retail Coordinator, you’ll take on a varied role that blends customer service, product presentation, merchandising, and stock support. You’ll work alongside an experienced team and receive strong training and guidance to help you succeed.

Working Hours

• Sunday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Total hours: 41.5 per week

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers with helpful, friendly, and accurate product advice.
• Maintain strong branch presentation through merchandising, planogram updates, and in-store promotions.
• Keep the store looking neat, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
• Support stock management so the shop floor remains well supplied and tidy.
• Use creative judgment to help with product placement and retail displays.

Experience and Skills Needed

This role requires prior retail experience, ideally in a position that involved merchandising. You should be comfortable supporting customers on the shop floor while also bringing a creative approach to store presentation and product placement.
