About the Role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Retail Assistant focused on replenishment operations in Whakatane, Bay of Plenty. As part of a team serving millions weekly, your role will be to ensure customers receive an excellent shopping experience through proactive stock management and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming and personalised customer support to enhance shopping experiences and quickly address inquiries or complaints.
- Maintain product availability by regularly replenishing essential and fresh food items, ensuring quality standards, proper stock rotation, and appealing presentation.
