About the Role

Join our team at Store 2724277Q located at 1800 Dothan Rd, Bainbridge, Georgia 39817, as a full-time Restaurant Team Member working days and evenings shifts. This role involves ensuring excellent guest service in a fast-paced and friendly atmosphere, maintaining cleanliness, preparing and serving food compliant with brand and health standards, and upholding operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service promptly and courteously
• Keep the restaurant clean by performing general housekeeping tasks
• Prepare and serve menu items meeting all company, brand, and health regulations
• Maintain product quality, adhere to food safety rules, and comply with operational standards
• Accurately manage cash, sales, and inventory documentation
• Abide by all governmental laws and safety codes
• Complete incident reports following the company’s 5-minute rule policy
• Demonstrate company values: teamwork, integrity, ownership, and striving for success

• Physical ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk

• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noise
• Manual dexterity including reaching overhead throughout shifts
• Lift, push, pull, carry weights up to 10 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally, including lifting from the floor to above head level
