About the Role
Zeus Street Greek is looking for a Restaurant Manager to fully own the day-to-day success of the South Yarra venue. This role is about more than running service — you will lead the restaurant team, shape a strong culture, and ensure every guest receives outstanding food and hospitality.
It is a practical leadership position where you will guide the team, improve performance through people, and oversee the restaurant’s profit and loss. You’ll also be expected to uphold the brand’s standards for quality and safety while bringing energy and commitment to the Zeus Street Greek way of working.
What You’ll Do
- Take responsibility for the overall performance and operation of the restaurant.
- Lead, coach, and develop the leadership team to deliver strong results.
- Support and improve team performance to help the venue meet its goals.
- Manage the restaurant’s P&L and look for opportunities to strengthen sales and financial outcomes.
- Maintain high standards across food quality, service, and workplace safety.
- Represent and live the Zeus Street Greek values in day-to-day operations.
