Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated service staff to manage restaurant counter sales at two specific locations: World Trade Centre in Perungudi and Teynampet near SIET College in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves direct customer interaction and managing sales operations both in-person and through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders efficiently using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Handle and coordinate online food delivery orders via platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.
- Enhance sales by delivering excellent customer service to patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and kitchen workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all relevant operational rules and regulations applicable to the restaurant.
