Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and interview potential candidates to meet client needs.
• Deploy candidates to various clients across different industries efficiently.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and maintain records.
• Meet deadlines and achieve key performance indicators.
• Deliver outstanding customer service for both clients and candidates.
• Manage candidate and client data accurately in databases.
• Perform data entry and compliance-related tasks promptly.
• Collaborate within the team environment, contributing equally to team success.
