Join a leading Australian employer as a Resourcing Specialist at the Burswood branch, working within the Industrial team. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and deploying candidates across multiple industry sectors. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals to build your recruiting skills and contribute to a wide variety of job placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and interview potential candidates to meet client needs.
- Deploy candidates to various clients across different industries efficiently.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and maintain records.
- Meet deadlines and achieve key performance indicators.
- Deliver outstanding customer service for both clients and candidates.
- Manage candidate and client data accurately in databases.
- Perform data entry and compliance-related tasks promptly.
- Collaborate within the team environment, contributing equally to team success.
