Overview
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a knowledgeable Resourcing Manager to lead its operational recruitment team amid an ongoing transformation aimed at accelerating hiring and enhancing candidate experience through cutting-edge tools, including AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day recruitment activities and implement innovative, commercially-oriented hiring strategies within a large NHS setting.
- Lead and coach Talent Acquisition Partners and Officers to raise team performance and modernize the recruitment function.
- Act as the in-house specialist on recruitment automation by optimizing existing systems like TRAC and NHS Jobs, while evaluating the use of AI and robotic process automation to improve time-to-hire and stakeholder experience.
- Continuously review and refine recruitment workflows to remove inefficiencies and improve the overall hiring process.
- Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop data-driven solutions for filling challenging vacancies.
- Adapt in a dynamic, fast-changing environment by creatively establishing talent sourcing strategies and sustaining talent pipelines.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated recruitment expertise across multiple sectors, ideally blending fast-paced agency experience with large organization exposure; NHS background is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) with experience in their configuration and optimization.
- Effective communicator with the confidence to influence stakeholders, challenge current methods, and handle complex recruitment issues.
- Positive, flexible approach with a history of facilitating change and helping teams transition smoothly.
