Role Overview

The Residential Cleaner is a full-time remote position responsible for performing routine cleaning duties inside clients' homes. Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and general tidying. The cleaner follows company-defined checklists and specific client instructions, applies suitable cleaning products and tools, and upholds safety and hygiene standards rigorously. This role involves managing appointment schedules, maintaining communication with supervisors and clients, and noting any maintenance or other concerns. Reliable transportation to clients' homes is necessary, as is the ability to work autonomously while representing All Bright Cleaning Services professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficient in residential cleaning techniques such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.
• Capable of following detailed instructions and checklists, organizing and prioritizing responsibilities effectively across various home settings.
• Committed to safety measures and proper hygiene, including correct usage of cleaning products and strict adherence to health policies.
• Must have dependable transportation, be punctual, and work with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills to engage respectfully and professionally with clients and team.
• Physically able to perform routine cleaning activities involving standing, bending, lifting, and handling equipment.
• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; company training may be offered.
