RIKAS Hospitality Group seeks a personable and organized Reservation Agent to join their hospitality team in Dubai. This role focuses on handling guest reservations, queries, and bookings across various communication channels while ensuring a professional and welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reservations and inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and online booking platforms with friendliness and professionalism.

  • Maintain and update guest profiles and reservation records in the booking system.
