Opportunity Overview
As a Remote Support Chat Agent, you will act as the primary interface for clients engaging with the company through a live chat platform. Your role is crucial in providing accurate information, addressing client concerns efficiently, and upholding the company’s strong reputation for customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly and courteously to client queries through live chat.
- Convey precise information regarding construction services, project schedules, and company policies.
- Guide clients with service navigation and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Escalate complex matters to the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications.
- Collect and report client feedback to help enhance service quality.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure outstanding client experiences.
- Keep current on all company services and internal procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or client-facing chat roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities under pressure.
- High typing speed coupled with accuracy.
- Familiarity with help desk and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- An interest in or background knowledge of construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
