Role Overview

As a Remote Medical Scheduler, you will act as the initial contact for patients arranging vital imaging appointments. Your responsibilities include scheduling, rescheduling, and managing patient bookings while delivering courteous and professional customer service to ensure smooth patient support across our imaging center network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointment scheduling and rescheduling efficiently
• Offer friendly and professional assistance over the phone
• Support overall patient care efforts within the imaging network

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication abilities and excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and accurate data entry
• A detail-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in contact centers or medical environments is advantageous
• Ability to train onsite at 3660 Broadway, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, and reside within 50 miles of this location

Additional Information
