Remote Customer Service Associate - Afternoon Shift - Full Employment Contract

Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service and Cross-selling Advisor for Entel Perú's inbound campaign, operating 100% remotely. Your main role will involve offering advice and solutions related to inquiries, issues, or complaints from existing or potential Entel users (both prepaid and postpaid). After addressing the customer's needs, you are expected to proactively close the suggested sale.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school education.
• Availability to work virtually from home.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in a call center environment.

Job Details and Benefits

• Full-time afternoon shift.
• Work schedule: Monday to Sunday from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a total of 8 working hours plus 1 hour break.
• Weekly working hours: 48 hours.
• Rotating rest days.
• Full incorporation into the company payroll with a basic salary of S/1130.
• Performance-based variable incentives subject to management indicators.
• Contract granted on the 4th day of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• Paid remote training comprising 12 days of theory (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) plus 12 days of OJT.
• Training payment totals S/204 (S/144 for theory plus S/60 over 3 days for OJT).
