Relief Service Driver

Role overview

We are hiring a Service Driver to support the Athlone branch while covering customer locations across Galway. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the road, organising their own day, and delivering a high standard of customer care.

What the role involves

You will travel between customer sites to service washroom hygiene products. The equipment and consumables handled in this role can include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats.

Working pattern and pay

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• The basic salary is €29,350 per year.
• An additional allowance of €1,500 is included.
• Expected on-target earnings are €32,500 per year, with bonus and commission opportunities.
• There is potential for the weekly hours to increase to 48 in future, with a corresponding salary uplift.

Key duties

• Load and unload units and floor mats for customers, which requires good physical fitness.
• Keep the vehicle safe, drive responsibly, and follow the company’s safe-driving guidance.
• Present a professional image and deliver excellent service at every customer visit.

Training and support

You will receive strong initial training so you can meet customer needs effectively.
