Relationship Officer & Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Personal Finance Officer to become part of our expanding team at MISAK Commercial Brokers LLC. The ideal candidate must be based in the UAE. The role emphasizes generating new client business, strengthening client relations, and expanding our Personal Finance portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients interested in Personal Finance through various channels including direct sales, referrals, and corporations.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging with customers and networking.
• Consistently meet monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Assist clients by explaining financing options and guiding through application requirements.
• Ensure all finance application documents are accurately completed and processed efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the financing process.
• Comply fully with all regulatory obligations including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) rules.

Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of banking experience within the UAE, specifically in Personal Finance sales.
• Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities.
• Solid knowledge of UAE banking products and applicable regulatory standards such as KYC and AML.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is favored.
