Position Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join Kotak Life Insurance Ltd. This is a payroll position involving both office and field work based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of sales experience in insurance, loans, credit cards, or banking products.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Engage in insurance sales and foster relationships with clients to promote financial products.
• Carry out sales activities in both office environments and through fieldwork.
• Possess a minimum of one year of relevant sales experience in insurance or related financial domains.
• Graduate qualification with passing certificate is mandatory.
• Age between 24 and 39 years.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is required to commute effectively.
• Valid PAN card is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The fixed in-hand salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, with a cost to company (CTC) of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 for experienced candidates providing valid documentation such as previous company offer letter, experience letter, and salary slips. Additionally, unlimited incentives, provident fund benefits, and opportunities for career advancement are provided.
