Relationship Manager

Job Overview

The role involves acquiring and managing high net worth individual (HNWI) business clients to foster portfolio growth and business expansion. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal bank policies, meeting financial targets, and enhancing client satisfaction through seamless coordination with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, market, and secure new liability and transactional business accounts to drive robust portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with different departments to maximize opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of business liability customers by increasing low-cost transaction accounts.
• Ensure all clients meet the bank’s compliance requirements and adhere strictly to established processes and controls per bank guidelines.
• Address and resolve client service requests promptly by coordinating with service and back-office teams.
• Respond to all SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within the department's turnaround time.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with peers and support staff to optimize service delivery.
• Comply with internal and regulatory standards when onboarding new clients.
• Provide market insights to facilitate product development and innovate customer offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in branch banking, operations, relationship management, or customer service, preferably in HNWI relationship management roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the target market to guide the team in acquiring and maintaining profitable and quality client relationships.
• Strong skills in HNWI relationship management and detailed understanding of RAKBANK's products and services.
