About the Role
This position is within the Direct Marketing Channel (B2C) of Kotak Life Insurance, focusing on direct customer engagement with leads provided by the company. The candidate will personally interact with potential clients, present life insurance products, and successfully close sales transactions. This role is not related to agency hiring and does not involve recruiting agents, advisors, or partners.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cold calling using the client database
- Schedule client appointments
- Conduct 20-23 face-to-face meetings per day throughout the city
- Explain life insurance products and financial solutions effectively to clients
- Manage documentation and ensure closure of business deals
- Maintain records of daily sales activities and overall productivity
