About the Role
We are on the lookout for empathetic and committed Registered Nurses to join our team in Doha, Qatar, providing personalized clinical care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about delivering high-standard nursing services while collaborating closely with patients and their families. Support will be provided by an ANM/Caregiver who handles non-clinical tasks such as personal care, feeding, and hygiene, allowing the nurse to concentrate on clinical responsibilities.
Key Duties
- Deliver thorough nursing care within a home healthcare context.
- Evaluate, observe, and document patients’ health status regularly.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
- Monitor vital signs and recognize any changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Maintain detailed and precise clinical records and reports.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with doctors and the healthcare team about patients’ health progress.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and health maintenance strategies.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, patient safety, and clinical care standards.
Support from ANM/Caregiver
- Providing feeding and nutrition assistance.
- Helping with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
- Assisting with mobility and everyday living activities.
- Ensuring the patient's environment is clean and safe.
Candidate Requirements
- Holding qualifications such as GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post B.Sc. Nursing, or M.Sc. Nursing.
- Possessing at least 2 years of experience in clinical nursing roles.
- Exemplary patient care abilities and strong communication skills.
- Motivated to work in a home healthcare setting.
- Qualified to fulfill DataFlow, Prometric, and Hamad Competency tests.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of QAR 5500.
