Overview
WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for a strategic and inspiring Regional Vice President (RVP) to provide high-level leadership to Managing Directors across the region. This role focuses on driving growth, supporting advisor development, and expanding the company's market presence through visionary leadership and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
The RVP will collaborate with executive leaders to ensure alignment between regional goals and broader company objectives. Their main duties include recruiting top-tier talent, mentoring leadership, and enhancing advisor performance to create a scalable and sustainable business model.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will hold significant experience as a senior leader in financial services, preferably overseeing multiple offices or regions. A background as a successful financial advisor or leading advisor teams is essential. The role requires a strategic mindset with the capacity to implement vision-driven actions and a strong grasp of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management.
