About the Role

Join Dr Bio, part of Hi Tech Group, which is dedicated to sustainability efforts such as decreasing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing dependence on fossil oil derivatives, promoting renewable energy use, and minimizing plastic waste in the environment. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for revenue growth across both small and large accounts in the designated region, leading dynamic sales teams across multiple states.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and plans to increase market presence and sales volume, particularly targeting specific towns (Town A, Town B, Town C) based on customer behaviors.
  • Provide accurate sales budgets and forecasts, strategize effectively, and implement actionable sales plans.
  • Drive the region to achieve the highest revenue contribution among all company regions.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for revenue enhancement initiatives within the organization.

  • Support cross-selling and up-selling efforts within the portfolio of services offered to clients.
  • Oversee smooth and impactful implementation of organizational policies, processes, and initiatives within the region.
  • Communicate regularly with the National Sales Manager, reporting on events, sales plans, and implementation progress.
