Job Overview
The Regional Business Development Executive at Muthoot Aurum will focus on promoting and cross-selling gold products such as coins and bars to finance clientele within a designated territory. This role requires engaging with branch teams to enhance their sales capabilities and achieve assigned targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and cross-sell Muthoot Aurum's gold coins and bars to customers involved in financing.
- Conduct training and motivate branch employees to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to branches to help them secure daily sales.
- Regularly visit assigned branches to monitor sales performance and provide guidance.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 25000 and 45000 INR.
