Role Overview

This position reports to the Overseas HRVP and is primarily remote, ideally based in Europe. Candidates must have unrestricted legal clearance to work and travel freely within the region and should be able to operate during local business hours. Regional travel up to 20% is required to support cross-border activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leadership to devise workforce strategies supporting regional growth and expansion.
• Support organizational transformations and market entries through effective change management.
• Serve as a liaison between Global HQ HR and regional offices to ensure smooth communication and policy alignment.
• Provide regional executives with insightful, data-driven analyses to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop tailored talent acquisition plans focused on securing executive and critical sales leadership positions within the region.
• Oversee succession planning to build resilient leadership pipelines for emerging markets.
• Conduct comprehensive talent reviews annually and implement targeted upskilling initiatives.
• Customize onboarding processes to meet regional cultural and procedural requirements.
• Standardize and implement performance appraisal frameworks adapted to local contexts.
• Coach country managers in fostering performance and feedback cultures.
• Promote a high-performance culture in line with TIENS values and direct-selling business principles.
• Lead employee engagement programs aimed at minimizing cross-border turnover.
• Monitor labor law developments across assigned countries to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, grievances, and local compliance challenges.
• Advise on compensation adjustments and localize corporate benefits schemes to regional standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in law, human resources, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible human resources experience; a minimum of 3 years as a Regional HR Business Partner.
• Experience working within multinational corporations or regional headquarters with matrix management structures.
• Preference for candidates with backgrounds in direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail sectors.
• Fluency in English, German, and Turkish is mandatory; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws across the region.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural teams and manage stakeholders remotely.
• Competence in analyzing data and utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Willing and able to travel within the region up to 20% as required.
