Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring operations and contribute to broader workforce planning efforts in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

What you will do

  • Handle recruitment-related processes in Qiwa and help ensure alignment with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and job classification rules.
  • Track hiring numbers, recruitment spend, and open positions, and prepare regular reports on recruitment activity.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing requirements and advise on appropriate hiring approaches.
  • Help improve recruitment workflows, policies, and related procedures over time.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and human resources is necessary.
