Role overview
Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring operations and contribute to broader workforce planning efforts in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
What you will do
- Run the complete hiring process from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews and onboarding coordination.
- Assist with manpower planning by aligning recruitment activity with hiring timelines and headcount needs.
- Keep organizational charts updated and support succession planning, replacement planning, and hiring for expansion.
- Handle recruitment-related processes in Qiwa and help ensure alignment with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and job classification rules.
- Track hiring numbers, recruitment spend, and open positions, and prepare regular reports on recruitment activity.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing requirements and advise on appropriate hiring approaches.
- Help improve recruitment workflows, policies, and related procedures over time.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and human resources is necessary.
- The role calls for strategic recruitment and workforce planning experience, not only day-to-day hiring work.
- Hands-on exposure to Qiwa, Saudization (Nitaqat), job classifications, and Saudi labor regulations is essential.
- Background in organizational design, manpower planning, succession planning, and recruitment budgeting is needed.
- Experience with Oracle ERP or a comparable HR platform is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required.
