Role Overview
Our client, operating within the social care sector in County Carlow, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will manage recruitment efforts for both new and established nursing homes, with additional responsibilities encompassing aspects of human resources.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for healthcare positions.
- Handle HR operations including employee relations and compliance management.
- Ensure adherence to employment legislation, including work permit regulations.
- Prepare and manage compliance documentation and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a third-level degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related field.
- At least three years of recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare, nursing home, or social care environments.
- Experience facilitating recruitment of overseas candidates relocating to Ireland.
- Capability to independently manage multiple priorities and recruitment tasks.
- Comprehensive understanding of Irish employment laws and work permit processes.
